    The Montana State University-Northern Lights put a first-half scare into the No. 7 Montana Tech Orediggers Saturday afternoon in Butte.     The Havre High Blue Ponies and Miles City Cowboys have played some thrilling games against each other. And Friday night at Blue Pony Stadium, they did again. Havre quarterback Trey Murphy threw two fourth-quarter touchdowns to lift the Ponies to a 13-12 win over the Cowboys, and, a 3-0 start the season.     For eight years Vincent Denny has been seeking out places to skateboard on Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation, and now he wants to build one for the community.     The Little Shell Band of Chippewa Cree Indians won a key victory Thursday in their longtime effort to become a federally recognized tribe. The Little Shell Tribe of the Chippewa Cree Restoration Act of 2015, introduced by Rep. Ryan Zinke, R-Mont., would grant the Montana tribe federal recognition.     Along with the monthly recycling drive coinciding with Havre Pride, Recycle Hi-Line is having a special e-waste drive Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. People can drop off their e-waste including computer monitors and televisions at no charge at Havre Tire’s parking lot, across from Pacific Steel & Recycling, where the main recycling drop off is being held.
