    HAVRE (AP) — Authorities say a man has died and three people, including two small children, have been injured in a rollover crash in north-central Montana. The crash was reported Thursday afternoon on secondary Route 232 near Havre. Officials say Craig Lawrence, 28, was heading northbound in a Ford Explorer when he lost control of the vehicle.     Stage 1 fire restrictions have been rescinded on all private, state and Bureau of Land Management lands within Blaine County. Fire restrictions remain in effect at Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation.
