HELENA (AP) — Authorities say Mike Fellows, the Libertarian Party's candidate for Montana's U.S. House seat, died in a car crash. Missoula County sheriff's officials say Fellows, a 1976 graduate of Havre High School, died in a head-on collision with another vehicle on Montana Highway 200 Monday night. Undersheriff Jason Johnson says Fellows was heading toward Missoula after a campaign event in Seeley Lake. He died at the scene. Havre City Council voted unanimously Monday to repeal a resolution of intention to annex properties west of Havre and passed a revised resolution that does the same, but changes the date of the public hearing. The action started Thursday when Chinook stayed perfect in the District 6C East with a quick sweep of the Big Sandy Pioneers in Big Sandy.
