    Havre Public Schools announced this morning that the district was informed Sunday that a person associated with the district had tested positive for COVID-19. A release from the school district said Hill County Health Department reports the person was in contact with Havre Public Schools staff and students during the period of possible exposure.     The Hill County Health Board met for its weekly COVID-19 update on Friday to discuss current trends and the implementation of a new system to improve contact tracing efficiency.
