    Freezing rain likely followed by snow is causing icy conditions from the Rocky Mountain Front through North Dakota, and with some schools or buses delayed or canceled.     KALISPELL (AP) — Amtrak is busing its Empire Builder passengers between stations in Whitefish and Shelby due to the threat of avalanches on Marias (muh-RY'-us) Pass.
