    Another case of corruption at Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation is close to an end with Darin Lee Miller, 43, of Havre pleading guilty Tuesday in federal court in Great Falls to filing false income tax returns and agreeing to a nine-month sentence in jail. In the agreement, Miller agreed to pay a $90,000 fine and pay Internal Revenue Service $73,125.50 in taxes, penalties and interest within 18 months of his sentencing, set for Jan. 21.     The Havre Daily News has filed an open records request for information concerning the dismissal of Great Northern Fairgrouns Manager Mike Sharp. The request, filed Tuesday, was sent to Mike Wendland, chair of the Hill County Commission, and mailed to Alma Seidel, chair of the fair board.     Havre Public Schools has received no takers on its Mat Corner building at 2nd Street and 2nd Avenue. The district closed down operations at the building and moved wrestling practice to the newly enlarged athletic facilities at Havre High School.     A Havre man, Charles Anthony Combs, 20, is in the Hill County Detention Center, charged with felony assault and misdemeanor assault, resulting from a fracas in Morgan Hall at Montana State University-Northern this morning.
