    The Rocky Boy Health Center is hosting a free drive-through influenza shot clinic event this year, the first ever held there, for the Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation community.     Spectrum customers in the Havre area lost service from about 2:30 to 8 a.m. Some customers reported losing Internet, cable and telephone service. Charter Communications Senior Communications Director Bret Picciolo said an equipment malfunction impacted service for customers in the Havre area.
