    By: Patrick Johnston A brush fire east of Big Sandy is sending plumes of smoke into the air, but details remain scarce for now. The Chouteau County Sheriff’s Department reports that the fire is between mile markers 76 and 77 on Judith Landing Road east of Big Sandy. The department reports that Big Sandy Volunteer Fire Volunteer Fire Department and Loma Rural Volunteer Fire Department are on scene now, but there is no other available information.
