He was born October 15, 1951, in Havre, MT, to Kenny and Elsie (Klungland) Hansen of Harlem, MT, and was the oldest of three children. Joshua Miller, a member of Havre City Council and the Hill County Weed and Mosquito District, died at the age of 32 Sunday.
