CLAYTON MORSE, Obituary

BILLINGS Clayton Lee Morse, 29, of Billings, formerly of Havre, died Friday, March 22, 2002, at a Billings hospital of a brain aneurysm.

Viewing will be from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Cremation or Funeral Gallery. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hope United Methodist Church, 244 Wicks Lane, Billings. Interment will follow at Mountview Cemetery.

Clayton was born in Havre to Rodney L. and Pamela K. (Shelstad) Morse. He graduated from Havre High School. He received a baseball scholarship to college. At the time of his death, he was a student at Montana State University-Billings.

Clayton worked as a manager at the Juniper Motel. He has touched so many lives. He had a wonderful sense of humor and a laugh that will live forever in our hearts. He loved his family, friends, his dogs, baseball, basketball and racquetball. He worked out all the time. He shared many special times with his sisters and little brother.

Survivors include his father, Rod and stepmother, Debbie Morse of Billings; his mother, Pamela Shelstad of Las Vegas, Nev .; sisters, Terri (Jon) Blevins of Little Rock, Ark., Mandy (Kasch) Bourbeau and Kelli Morse, both of Billings; brother, Danny Morse of Billings; paternal grandmother, Doris Morse and Lester and Arlene Ophus, all of Havre; paternal grandparents, Doris and Bob Bishop of Great Falls; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, one niece and one nephew.

Memorials may be made to the Havre Legion Baseball, c/o Berry Remus, 1256 Grant Ave., Havre.
