Wakefield signs with Northern

Montana State University-Northern football coach Walt Currie's busy offseason continues with the recent signing of Kyle Wakefield.
Wakefield is a 5-foot-10, 180-pound offensive lineman and linebacker with all-state football and all-state wrestling honors. Wakefield is from Thompson Falls High School.
"Kyle has the quickness and toughness to be an excellent player at our level," Currie said.
