Representative of Veterans Affairs to visit the area

A Veterans Affairs Division service officer will be in the Hi-Line area on the following dates:

Monday, May 6

Big Sandy from 10:15 to 11 a.m. at the Wells Fargo Bank

Rocky Boy from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Senior Citizens Center

Havre from 1:30 to 5 p.m. at the Senior Citizen Center

Tuesday, May 7

Chinook from 8 to 9 a.m. at the Old Armory

Fort Belknap from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Senior Citizen Hall.

Any Vietnam veteran, who served in country and has diabetes mellitus Type II, should contact the VA representative when he is in your area. Also, any veteran who is age 65 or older should contact to see if he possibly will qualify for pension benefits.
