Chamber to discuss power at quarterly meeting

The Havre Area Chamber of Commerce will have its quarterly meeting at the Holiday Village Shopping Center community room on Wednesday at 1 p.m. Scott Patera with NorthWestern Energy will have a roundtable discussion on "How much will electricity cost me on July 1, 2002?"
