Skylights volleyball signs Simms star

Montana State University-Northern volleyball coach Lisa Handley on Monday announced the signing of Tera O'Haire, from Vaughn.

O'Haire is a Simms high school twelve letter winner, lettering in volleyball, basketball, and track since her freshman year.

"Tera is a 5-foot-9 middle with great athletic capabilities," Handley said. "She was looking at going to Dickinson for track, or Western for volleyball, but decided to become a Skylight. I am extremely pleased to have her as part of our team. She works hard, and with more training, Tera could become a force in the Frontier."

O'Haire is not only a great athlete, but is an excellent student as well, Handley said. She was elected by her peers as student body president and was the salutatorian of her class.

O'Haire will be attending MSU-Northern to pursue a degree in education.
