ROSALIE AAGESON, Obituary

Rosalie Aageson, 79, died on Monday, May 27, 2002, at a Havre care center.

After a public interment at Highland Cemetery in Havre, a memorial service will be held on Thursday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Rudyard at 11:30 a.m.

Rosalie was born in Racine, Wis., to Irving and Irene Labold on Jan. 2, 1923. She was raised in Milwaukee, Wis., and graduated from high school in Republic, Mich. As a young woman, Rosalie worked in a retail women's clothing store and as a parts lady for Harley Davidson Motorcycles.

Rosalie married Arvin Aageson in 1947 and moved to the family farm north of Gildford where she lived until January 2000. At that time, she moved to Great Falls to The Goldstone, an assisted living care center. One month ago, Rosalie moved to the Northern Montana Care Center in Havre.

Rosalie was a member of the Goldstone Lutheran Church and active in the Goldstone WELCA.

Rosalie was preceded in death by her parents, Irving and Irene Labold; sister, Marilyn Labold; and her husband, Arvin Aageson.

Survivors include sons, David Aageson and his wife, Julie, and Verges Aageson and his wife, Noreen, all of Gildford; and five grandchildren, all of Gildford.

Memorials are suggested to The Goldstone of Great Falls, or to the Northern Montana Care Center of Havre.
