ROCKY BOY Robert James Taylor, 43, a Rocky Boy Tribal Law Enforcement officer, drowned Monday, May, 2002, while attempting to assist boaters at Bonneau Dam at Rocky Boy's Reservation.

Wake services began this morning at the Our Saviour's Lutheran Church and services will be 11 a.m. Friday. Burial will be at the RJ Bar Quarter Horse Ranch at Rocky Boy.

Robert attended schools in Canada and left for South Dakota at age 15 and worked as an EMT and school bus driver and later was married and divorced.

He married Sandra Stump in July 1987 at Rocky Boy. He lived all his married life in Rocky Boy....
