Kuhn wins NHRA race

Jerry Kuhn, a member of the Havre NHRA drag racing association, won the Super Pro Eliminator Class at the Lewistown Raceway on May 26.

Kuhn, driving the 1967 "River Rat" Camaro, won first place by completing five rounds of eliminations. His winning time was 10.3 seconds in the quarter mile at 129 mph.

This was Kuhn's second season of racing since receiving his competition license.
