Havre Ford hosts free ID kit day for kids

Havre Ford will host a free child identification event on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Parents can bring their children to Havre Ford for free "Commitment to Kids" safety identification kits. A photograph will be taken of each child, and instructions will be provided for parents to complete their child's physical description information. A police officer also will be on hand to fingerprint children and answer questions.

The Commitment to Kids program is a partnership of Ford Blue Oval Certified dealers, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and actress Jamie Lee Curtis....
