Skylights ink transfer Buehler

Lindsey Buehler, a 6-foot junior post player from Lewistown, will transfer to play basketball for the Montana State University-Northern Skylights this fall.

Buehler is transferring from Montana Tech, where she averaged eight points and six rebounds per game for the Orediggers.

"Lindsey will bring us great size, strength and experience to the Skylight team," first-year coach Mike Erickson said. "I feel Lindsey will step in and make a definite impact to our future success."

Buehler will major in education.

Buehler will join Brettney Vermandel and Nichole Neill as the lone returners to the Skylights team. Erickson has also signed Katie Zilkoski and Francine Kill Eagle, two community college transfers, and Kristie Pullin and Kelly Acra, recent high school graduates to play in the upcoming season.
