Homebuyer class offered in Havre

A homebuyer education class will be offered in Havre on Thursday from 5 to 9 p.m. Class materials will be supplied. The class will be held at the Havre Holiday Village Shopping Center community center.

Homebuyer financial assistance is available for down payment and closing costs for households at or below 80 percent of median income. Montana Board of Housing low-interest mortgage money is also available to participants. Participating homebuyers are required to complete homebuyer education training.
