Suspected labs closed

Law enforcment officers last week closed down suspected methamphetamine labs in Havre and Chester, the Tri-Agency Task Force said today.

Eight officers served a search warrant at a house in the 1000 block of Third Street in Havre Thursday at 11 p.m. Two arrests were made, evidence was gathered and the lab was dismantled, according to a task force press release.

Leslie Felton, 29, and Shawn Kessler, 32, both of Havre, were arrested on charges of production of dangerous drugs, possession of dangerous drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia, and are being held in the Hill County Detention...
