RUBY SKOYEN, Obituary

CHINOOK Ruby Marie Skoyen, 65, died Sunday, June 16, 2002, at her home north of Chinook due to a heart attack.

Funeral will be 11 a.m. Thursday at the Lloyd Sweet Auditorium in Chinook High School. Burial will be at the family farm north of Chinook.

Ruby was born June 8, 1937, in Havre to Frank and Bernice (Sapp) Mangold. The family lived at Inverness during her younger years.

She married Floyd Skoyen of Chinook on Nov. 21, 1953, at St. Jude's Catholic Church in Havre. The couple resided 13 miles north of Chinook on the family farm. They had three sons and in 1989 took in a foster daughter,...
