Winners of Nothing But Net 3-on-3 tournament are announced

Cory Brothers of the the Big Ballers team of Havre and Brittany Buhmann of the Lady Beeters of Chinook won the slam dunk contest last weekend at the Nothing But Net 3-on-3 basketball tournament in Havre.

Here are the other winners from Saturday's tournament, sponsored by the Havre Area Chamber of Commerce:

Free throw contest: boys grades 7-8, Chadd Taylor; girls grades 7-8, Katie Mariani, Havre Hoopsters, Havre; boys grades 4-6, Eric Schildt, Titans, Box Elder; girls grades 4-6, Latasha Gray, Lil Lady Cats, Harlem

Three-point contest: girls grades 9-12 Savannah Wendeln, Lady Beeters, Chinook; boys grades 9-12, Kasey Barsotti, Big Ballers, Havre
