ANGELINA MASTRANDREA, Obitaury

Angelina Mastrandrea, 89, died Monday, Aug. 12, 2002, at her home in Havre of natural causes.

Funeral service is 2 p.m. Thursday at the Holland and Bonine Chapel with the Rev. Robert D. Grosch officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.

Angelina was born May 22, 1913, in Filadelfia, Italy. She was educated in Italy.

On March 28, 1936, she married Francisco "Frank" Mastrandrea in Filadelfia, Italy. They are the loving parents of Robert, Shirley, Elizabeth, and Evelyn. They came to America on March 7, 1937, and settled in Havre, where Frank worked for the Great Northern Railroad. Frank preceded her in death April 11, 1979.

Angelina was a homemaker and seamstress for F.A. Buttrey in its drapery department for 15 years and sewed for many in the Havre area until after she was 85.

She enjoyed her flower and rose garden and loved to spend time with all her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Domenico and Elisabeth Gugliotta; her husband, Francisco "Frank" Mastrandrea on April 11, 1979; an infant daughter; and her sister, Caterina Dastoli.

She is survived by her son, Robert (Kari) Mastrandrea of Fall City, Wash.; daughters, Shirley (Lee) Knudsen of Malta, Betty (Ed) Robinson of Duvall, Wash., and Evelyn (Bill) Johnson of Havre; brother-in-law, Romolo Dastoli; nephews, Francesco and Vincenso; many cousins; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
