HMS band selection nights set

Havre Middle School will hold instrument selection nights on Monday and Aug. 26 in the HMS band room at 7 p.m. This meeting is for students who will be in beginning band this fall and their parents. It is only necessary to attend one night.

Following a brief description of the band program, students will have a chance to play the various band instruments. Students are encouraged to try each instrument before making a final choice. In order to have a balanced band, it is imperative that students attend this meeting before acquiring a rental instrument.

Several music companies will have rental information available to all parents.
