The Havre-Hill County Library has on display the winning art entries of the 2002 Federal Duck Stamp Program.

The Duck Stamp Program has been brought to us through the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.

The Montana/Federal Junior Duck Stamp Conservation and Design Program is a dynamic, active art and science curriculum designed to teach waterfowl and wetlands conservation to students in kindergarten through high school.
