Coronation took place prior to the Great Northern Fair's rodeo evening performance on Aug. 10. Crowns and buckles were presented at the rodeo performance by the reigning queen, Angie Muir of Geraldine.

An official pageant took place at the Great Northern Inn and Hill County Fairgrounds in Havre. Participants were judged through an interview process, a speech prepared, memorized and given on Montana, rodeo and horsemanship. A style show put on by contestants.

This was the first official rodeo pageant held in Havre for many years.

Organizers would like to see the program grow and develop in the future.
