Chester, Chinook, KG pick up wins in volleyball action

It was a busy weekend of local Hi-line high school volleyball as all area teams saw plenty of action over the Labor Day weekend.

Thursday night, Sunburst downed the Big Sandy Pioneers in Class C action by scores of 25-10, 25-15 and 25-12.

On Friday night, the Chinook Sugarbeeters continued their season with a thrilling five-game win over Poplar in Poplar. The Beeters lost the first game 24-26 then won the next two by scores of 25-14 and 27-25.
