DAWN ZELLMER, Obituary

HARLEM Dawn Marie Zellmer, 19, of Harlem died Saturday, Aug. 31, 2002, from injuries received in an automobile accident four miles west of Harlem.

Funeral services are 2 p.m. today in the Harlem High School Gymnasium with burial following in the Harlem Cemetery.

Dawn was born Aug. 15, 1983, in Havre to Darwin and

Betty (Baker) Zellmer. She attended elementary school in Zurich and graduated from Chinook High School in 2002. Dawn was currently employed at Sweet Memorial Nursing Home with plans to attend MSU-Northern this fall and major in nursing.

Dawn's quality time was spent riding and caring for her horse, Mr. Ed, as well as being around family, friends and nature. She kept herself busy with her numerous projects, including artwork, helping friends and elderly in her spare time, and brightening other people's lives. She was known for her inner and outer beauty, as well as her constant smile that made people smile back.

Dawn was preceded in death by her grandfathers, D.E. Baker and Leonard Zellmer.

Survivors include her parents, Darwin and Betty Zellmer of Harlem; brothers, Steven Zellmer of Chinook and Keith Zellmer of Harlem; grandmothers, Arline Baker of Harlem and Doris Zellmer of Havre; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and all her friends who she cherished.

A memorial will be established later.

Arrangements are by Edwards Funeral Home of Chinook.
