Tour is on; panel is postponed

The Heart of the Hi-Line tour is still on, but the panel discussion titled "Sustaining the Flow of the Milk River" has been postponed.

The tour is designed to provide firsthand information on the Milk River Basin water system. Congressional representatives who had planned to attend the panel discussion on Sept. 11 instead will be attending commemorative events on the anniversary of the tragedies of 9/11.

The Milk River International Alliance scheduled the tour, which will take place Tuesday and Wednesday.
