State hosting series of Hi-Line meetings on U.S. 2

The Montana Department of Transportation is holding the first series of public meetings for the environmental impact statement for the widening of U.S. Highway 2 between Havre and Fort Belknap.

The open house meetings will be held at the following locations along the corridor, from 4:30 to 7 p.m. each night:

Sept. 30, in the Student Union Building Ballroom at the Montana State University-Northern campus in Havre

Oct. 1 at the Chinook Motor Inn in Chinook

Oct. 2 at the Harlem City Hall

Oct. 3 at the Bingo Hall in Fort Belknap.
