Quilting classes scheduled

The Hi-Line Quilt Guild will present classes to the public at its annual quilt show held during Havre Festival Days in the Holiday Village Shopping Center.

This year several visiting and local quilters will conduct classes. There is no admission charge.

The schedule is:

Friday, 11 a.m. Square in a square, Mary Eldridge; 1 p.m. Silk ribbon, In good company; 3 p.m. Ideas without patterns, Suzanne Huston; 7 p.m. Liberated houses, Kathy Sather.

Saturday, 11 a.m. Can of worms, Mary Eldridge; noon Binding, Quilt-A-Way; 1 p.m. Hand-dyed placemats, In good company; 2 p.m. Foundation piecing, Terri Earl; 3 p.m. Trapunto, Karen Vosen; 4:30 p.m. Hand applique, Dawn Welch.

Sunday, noon T-shirt embellishment, In good company; 2 p.m. Minifolded shirt, Jana Goebel; 3 p.m. Fusible web, Denise Thompson.
