J-I rallies to defeat Augusta

The J-I Rams reeled off 22 fourth quarter points to come from behind and defeat the Augusta Elks, 34-28 on Saurday in Joplin.

Justin Johnson tossed a pair of touchdown passes and and caught another while teammate John Wolery scored on a pair of 1-yard plunges to lead the Rams.

J-I trailed Augusta 20-12 before their fourth quarter outburst.

Augusta was led by Jesse Kruse who scored three touchdowns on runs of 6, 45, and 13 yards.
