Playing steady if not spectacular golf, the Havre High boys golf team finished with a solid fourth-place showing at the prestigious Flat-Fish Open golf tournament held at Kalispell-Whitefish over the weekend.
The Pony boys shot a team total of 636 to finish fourth out of 16 Class AA and A teams.
"We played pretty steady," said Havre head coach Keith Evenson. "Nobody played exceptionally well. Really, I was quite pleased we finished behind CMR and the two host schools."
Flathead High finished first with a score of 607, while Whitefish and CMR tied for second and third with a score of 626.
