MYRTLE POPPLER, Obituray

JOPLIN Myrtle Victoria Poppler, 93, of Joplin died Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2002, at a Chester nursing home.

Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Saturday at the Bethel Lutheran Church in Joplin. Burial will follow at the Joplin Cemetery.

Myrtle was born Sept. 5, 1909, at Arvilla, N.D., to Peter and Marie (Costello) Bergan. She grew up in North Dakota and received her education there. She graduated from Crary High School in 1927.
