EDITH MAY CRUMPACKER Obituary

 


EMPORIA, Kan. - Edith Mae Crumpacker died Sunday, March 2, 2003, in an Emporia, Kan., hospital.

A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday at the First United Methodist Church in Emporia. There will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place. A private inurnment will be at a later date.

Edith was born in Havre, Mont., to Thomas Wesley and Christine Andrus McDonald. She graduated from Pleasanton High School in Pleasanton, Kan.

Edith married William Dale Crumpacker Jr. on Dec. 4, 1948, in Berryville, Ark. He preceded her in death on Jan. 23, 1982.

Edith moved to Emporia in 1949.
