Shooting suspect offered bail reduction for treatment

A Dodson man accused of shooting at tribal police during a high-speed chase may receive chemical dependency treatment.

Travis R. Wing, 19, appeared Monday in state District Court in Havre for a bond reduction hearing. He has been charged in Hill County with felony criminal endangerment and felony vehicle theft. He was charged on Feb. 17 in Phillips County with assaulting an officer, and faces additional federal charges, Hill County Attorney David Rice said.
