This year's celebrity luncheon series at the Heritage Center kicks off with a local woman's portrayal of a local historical figure.

Loy Chvilicek, who recently moved from Havre to Helena, will return to give a performance as E.S. Dodd, wife of the Rev. S.G. Dodd, the first chaplain of Fort Assinniboine.

The material for Chvilicek's presentation is taken from a diary of S.G. Dodd, donated to the Fort Assinniboine Preservation Association by a California couple who toured the fort. Other materials owned by the Preservation Association also were used in writing the presentation.
