PEGGY MCMURDO obituary

HARLEM - Peggy Sue Farrar McMurdo, 37, former Harlem resident, died on Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2003, at a Baytown, Texas, nursing home due to MS and cancer.

A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Presbyterian Church with burial following in the Harlem Cemetery.

Peggy was born on July 10, 1966, in Havre to

Pansy Buckman and Harvey Eustis. She moved to Harlem to live with Jim and Pat Farrar on September 3, 1968. She attended schools in Harlem.

Peggy lived at the Harlem Group Home until 1990, when she moved to the Plentywood Group Home where she met Gary McMurdo. They were married in October of 1991. They later moved to a group home in the Houston, Texas, area to be closer to relatives. Due to her illness, Peggy had been in a nursing home the last few years.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Louise, and a brother, Arvin.

Survivors include her husband, Gary McMurdo of Houston, Texas; mother, Pansy Buckman of Wyoming; father, Harvey Eustis of North Dakota; sister, Irene Eustis of Houston, Texas; brothers, Dan and Shawn Eustis of Chinook; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Arrangements are by Edwards Funeral Home of Chinook.
