ROCKY BOY - Lucille Windy Boy, 79, died

Thursday, Feb. 19, 2004, at a Big Sandy nursing home of natural causes.

A wake service will begin 4 p.m. today at the Rocky Boy Lutheran Church. A

funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Rocky Boy Lutheran Church with Native American Traditional Services. Burial will follow at the Rocky Boy Cemetery.

Lucille was born on Feb. 24, 1924, to John Little Sun and Rose Walking Child in Gleason, Alberta, Canada. As an infant she returned to Rocky Boy where she was raised and educated.

She married Sam Windy Boy Sr. and they had 11 children.
