Class AA wins HIT; Brothers named tourney MVP

The Class AA all-star squad, paced by 22 points from CMR's Don DeGooyer, picked up a 118-97 win over the Class A all-stars in Saturday night's championship game of the Hi-Line Invitational tournament in Malta.

Kalispell's Colter Smith added 18 points, including four three-pointers, and Missoula Sentinel's Jordan Hasquet added 19 in the win.

Class A was led by Havre's Cory Brothers' 20 points in the loss. Despite the loss, Brothers was named the tournament's most valuable player and led the tournament in scoring with 132 points in four games for an average of 33 points per game. Brothers sco...
