Brown grabs bareback title at Havre High Rodeo

Stephan Brown led a group of local cowboys and cowgirls at the annual Havre High School Rodeo this past weekend at the Great Northern Fairgrounds.

Brown registered the only qualifed rides in bareback competition in both the first and second go-arounds. Brown scored rides of 59 and 61 to take the average title as well.

On the girls side, Terra Otto grabbed a fifth-place tie in the first go-around of barrel racing with a time of 18.48. Otto finished tied for second in the second go-around with a time of 18.0. Teammate Kailee Bickford placed eighth in the second go with a time of 18.61.
