Northstars grab win extra-inning win

It seems like any more, if you get a night without rain, you better make the most of it. Despite predicted forecasts of up to an inch of rain on Thursday night, the Havre Baseball Jamboree kicked off with a solid first day at Legion Field.

The most exciting game of the night was saved for the end, as Patch Wirtzberger's single in the bottom of the ninth inning, scored Jeff Tibbals and secured a 4-3 win for the Havre Northstars over the Deer Lodge Wranglers.
