New subdivision going in near Glo-Ed in Havre

Construction is under way on a 10-lot subdivision near Glo-Ed, with three houses already under construction.

The subdivision is owned by Jay and Dayna Springer, who purchased the property from Walt Dion two years ago. Just east of 12th Avenue, the subdivision includes 10 lots between and acre, Springer said.

"There are three houses going up, and maybe a fourth," he said, adding that he and his wife also plan to build one there. "We like to think it has one of the nicest views in Havre."
