Kathryn Delia "Kay" Kickbusch, 80, of Havre died at a Seattle hospital on Thursday, July 29, 2004.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Aug. 14 at Fifth Avenue Christian Church. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Hill

Puyallup, Wash.

Kay was born on Aug. 15, 1923, to Catherine Caroline (Larson) and Luke Carey in Denver. She received her education in California and worked during World War II assembling bombs for the war effort in San Francisco.

Kay married Bill Kickbusch on April 8, 1947, in Chinook after he returned from active duty in the Army.
