Billy Ray BaeR, obituary

Billy Ray Baer, 31, of Havre, left his many friends in this world on Thursday, April 9, 2009, to be with the eternal friend, Jesus.

His funeral service will be noon at the Fifth Avenue Christian Church on Tuesday, April 14. Burial will follow at the Highland Cemetery. A fellowship luncheon will be held at the church immediately after the services at the graveside. Billy was born Sept. 2, 1977, in Kansas City, Mo., to Mark and Annie (Garcia) Baer. He moved to Havre in 1992 with his family. He attended Havre High School and joined the North Stars baseball team. He was an avid sportsman who enjoyed soccer, baseball, tennis and basketball. He was a happy-go-lucky person who enjoyed his many friends and going for drives in the mountains. He was outgoing. He loved his job. Most of all he loved his children and enjoyed watching them play in their sporting activities. He was preceded in death by his father, Mark; and his grandparents, Enriquez and Elvira Garcia and Harold Baer. Billy leaves behind his mother, Annie; brother, Matthew; children, Caleb and Taylor; their mother, Erin, all of Havre; his grandmother, Ann Baer of Kalispell, Mont .; several aunts, unlces, cousins and many friends. Memorials can be sent to St. Jude Thaddeus School or the Havre Ice Hawks.
