Federal authorities have arrested the superintendent of a Tucson-area school district on charges related to the sexual exploitation of children. Albert "Tom" Rogers is a former school superintendent in Shelby, Mont. He held that post for three years, leaving after the 2007 school year to become superintendent of the Tanque Verde Unified School District near Tucson.
