JOHN BONeBRIgHT obituary

John Bonebright, 95, beloved husband, dad and papa, died peacefully Saturday, June 27, 2009, at home in the comfort of his loved ones, just one day short of his 71st wedding anniversary to his beloved wife Martha.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 1, 2009, at 2 p.m. in the Van Orsdel United Methodist Church with private family burial following in the Kuper Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements are by Edwards Funeral Home of Chinook. John was born Sept. 6, 1913, in Bozeman to H.B. and Edna (Resh) Bonebright. John was an accomplished accountant and had the Farmers Union Insurance Agency for 25 years. John was a master mechanic and enjoyed working on cars and machinery. He was a man of integrity his word was as good as gold. John married Martha Finch in Chinook on June 28, 1938. They enjoyed square dancing for many, many years. They also enjoyed traveling in their RV in all the states from Alaska to Florida John is survived by his wife, Martha Bonebright of Havre; son Fred (Florygene) Bonebright of Billings; granddaughter, Frieda (Barry) Houser of Helena; grandson, Frank (Lisa) Bonebright of Billings; great-grandchildren, Monica Marie and Amber Houser of Helena and Allie and Austin Bonebright of Billings; brothers-in-law, Frank (Clarinda) Finch of California and Bill and Alfred Finch, both of Chinook and several nieces and nephews. John was extremely proud of his family. John will be greatly missed.
