Memorial contributions in Rylan's honor may be made to the March of Dimes. Rylan was born Jan. 2, 2009, in Havre, Mont., to Chad and Kristi (Doll) Zuelke. Rylan made a surprise arrival 11 weeks early, weighing in at 2 pounds, 12 ounces. He was t rans fer red to Benefis NICU in Great Falls where he received care that was above and beyond our expectations. It was there that his daddy got to spend a day with him before deploying to Iraq. After two months of growing stronger in the NICU, Rylan was able to come home to Havre. Rylan overcame obstacles such as requiring oxygen and had gained 10 pounds! Rylan was a sweet baby who shared many smiles with family and especially when seeing his daddy on the Webcam and in pictures. Rylan was a gentle, observant, sweet baby. He enjoyed kisses and hugs from his big brother, Tristan. We enjoyed every moment with our baby boy and wouldn't trade it for anything. He was a fighter his whole little life, and he just couldn't fight anymore. He'll always be our “Monkey Sprout!” He was preceded in death by h i s g r e a t - g r a n dmo t h e r Marguerite Deering and his great-uncle, Chuck Deering. Rylan is survived by his parents, Chad and Kristi Zuelke of Havre, Mont.; his brothers, Tristan Riggle of Havre, Mont,. And Alex Winn of Missoula, Mont.; his sister, Grace Winn of Missoula, Mont.; maternal grandparents, Keith and Bonnie Doll of Havre, ;Mont. And paternal grandparents, Lance and Jan Zuelke of Havre, Mont.; aunts:, Brandi Doll of Kenyon, Minn., Ashley Doll of Missoula, Mont.
