Robert David Schwartz Jr., 69 of Tacoma, Wash., passed away on June 28, 2009, after suffering a heart attack at his home.

Bob was born on Feb. 18, 1940, in Havre, Mont., the first child of Robert, Sr. And Evelyn Schwartz. He grew up in Big Sandy, Mont., graduated from Big Sandy High School in 1958 and began a career in the banking business. Employment in banking brought him to the towns of Chester, Great Falls, Havre and Dutton. He later owned businesses in Great Falls and Choteau. On Dec. 20, 1958, he married Jane Marie Hurd.
